Confirmation Corner

You are eligible for Confirmation if you are going to be in 10th grade or older during the school year 2018-2019 and have been attended and completed Religious Education or Catholic school for the last two years (8th & 9th grade), participate in the Antioch Retreat, and complete 25 service hours over the course of 8th-10th grade.

Please note: All Confirmation materials can be submitted online or downloaded from this page.

When the online submissions work, it's awesome; however, there have been some technical difficulties.

Before you submit online, copy and paste your answers to a Word document in case there are submission issues. After submitting online, you will receive a copy of your submission via email, from Ms. Karen Paonessa. Checkyour SPAM folder; especially if you use Gmail. You should have received emails from transfiguration.com. Please change your settings so Transfiguration email doesn't go to your spam/junk folder.

If you are having trouble submitting, please make sure that all required fields, marked with an * are completed.

Important Upcoming Dates for Confirmation 2019:

If you missed the April 22 meeting, and are preparing for Confirmation 2019, contact Ms Karen, kpaonessa(at)transfiguration.com. Please be sure all 8th and 9th grade preparation is completed. (Completed faith group, service summary for 8th grade submitted. Bring registration and baptismal certificate (if not baptized at Transfiguration) and sponsor certificate if completed.

June 30, 10 hour service summary, Confirmation registration and Baptismal Certificate (if not baptized at Transfiguration) are due!

2019 Confirmation Mass will be Friday, May 3, 7:00 pm with Bishop Ned Shlesinger. Candidates to arrive at 6:00 pm, Sponsors, 6:30 pm
