  • Upload to website www.transfiguration.com/baccalaureate or email to Melisa mgonzalez(at)transfiguration.com a wallet-size senior picture and a baby picture of your teen. Senior pictures will be on display on the weekends of May 14 - 27 in the foyer.  The baby pictures will be used for a video that is currently in the works.

Seniors enrolled in ChrisTeen class during the 2017-2018 school year

ChrisTeen Senior Night is Sunday, May 6, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Bishop Hall.

Senior Night is an opportunity for our seniors and their families to gather and celebrate.  Seniors may invite their mentors and Confirmation sponsors as well - just include them in the RSVP count on the form located on www.transfiguration.com/seniornight.

ChrisTeen Senior Night will be a special evening of recognition, food, and fun for our seniors.  We are requesting a $5 donation per person to subsidize the buffet dinner and desserts that will be served.  Payments can be made through checks made payable to “Transfiguration Catholic Church” or through clicking on the payment option on the webpage listed above. Please do not let the cost deter you from attending.  Call Penny Fitzpatrick if financial assistance is needed.  No donation is necessary if your student will not be attending the Senior Night festivities.

What we need from you:

Upload to website or email to Melisa both a wallet-size senior picture and a baby picture of your teen.
