Mission Statement of Transfiguration's
Helping Hands for Haiti Ministry of P.T.P.A.

V      To serve as a prayerful link between the parishioners of Transfiguration and our sister parish of Notre Dame De Lorette in Belle Anse, Haiti.

V      To support the parish of Notre Dame de Lorette and its chapels by sharing financial, material, and human resources so that Notre Dame can be a beacon of our Catholic Christian traditions in southeastern Haiti through the sacraments, education, and outreach to the people of Belle Anse.

V      To enhance the awareness of the social, medical, economic and spiritual plight of those in Belle Anse.

V      To develop alliances with other PTPA parishes in Atlanta and the United States and to serve as a model for other Atlanta Archdiocese parishes and to encourage their involvement in PTPA.

V      To support the national PTPA organization both spiritually and economically.
